About the apartments
Our 40 sqm apartments perfectly meet the needs of both tourists and individual businessmen… from 1st July 2025 extended continental breakfast is also available!
In line with environmentally conscious operations Baross40 Apartments will continue its activities under the name B40 Green ApartRooms from August 2025!
All of the 1-room apartments with American kitchens and double beds provide guests with air-conditioning, a large flat-screen smart TV, free broadband Wi-Fi and cable Internet, and an electronic safe.
The mechanized kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigirator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
All our apartments have a terrace equipped with a dining table and comfortable armchairs. We provide our Comfort studios for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and a child), the Family studios for up to 4 persons (even 4 adults! ).
From July 1, 2025, we will be adding an expanded continental breakfast and a lobby and reception open until 4:00 PM!
